E-Tickets: Please allow some time to receive your tickets. If you can’t see your e-ticket in your inbox, check your junk/spam folders. Barcodes can be scanned via your smartphone, or a printed ticket.

Discounted Tickets: If you have purchased a discounted ticket, you must bring the associated discount card with you as evidence. If you do not, you will need to pay the difference on the day of your visit.

You may notice our butterflies resting, in low light levels their flight activity is reduced. They are still here though, look out for them on nearby plants, flowers and at feeding stations

Please note you will need to join the queue on arrival even if tickets have been pre-booked.
